Андре Драгош: Ключевая характеристика биткоина перестала волновать крупных инвесторов

Руководитель исследовательского отдела платформы Bitwise в Европе заявил, что инвесторы-юрлица перестали волноваться из-за волатильности биткоина и демонстрируют стойкость.

Андре Драгош (Andre Dragosch) обратил внимание на отчеты управляющих институциональных фондов и компаниях за второй квартал 2024 года, показавших приверженность крупных игроков спотовым биткоин-ETF — по сравнению с продуктами на базе других активов вроде золота:

 «Крупные инвесторы перестали бежать от возросшей волатильности биткоина, оставаясь достаточно стабильными и склонными к ходлу».

По словам эксперта, подавляющее большинство инвесторов, приобретших паи спотовых биткоин-ETF с начала 2024 года, увеличили свои позиции в активах:

«Из зарегистрированных в первом квартале компаний 44% увеличили запасы актива, 22% сохранили их, 21% снизили, а 13% — отозвали свою долю в биткоин-ETF во втором квартале. Если сравнивать этот результат с другими биржевыми фондами, он действительно хорош».

Андре Драгош отметил, что свыше 60% мировых хедж-фондов владеют первой криптовалютой через ETF, а такие компании как Millennium, Schonfeld, Boothbay, Capula являются ведущими держателями большинства паев биткоин-ETF. В то же время, сейчас среди инвесторов становится все больше семейных офисов и институциональных консультантов, подчеркнул аналитик.

Ранее глава отдела исследований цифровых активов компании VanEck Мэтью Сигел (Matthew Sigel) заявил, что волна ликвидаций длинных позиций сошла на нет, и биткоин скоро продемонстрирует рост за счет притока ликвидности.
